SOCIETY RULES
The indoor meetings are held in the Foxcroft Lecture Theatre, Rugby School Science Buildings, Barby Road [near Oak Street (no through road)], Rugby. They start promptly at 7.30pm and are held on alternate Thursdays throughout the winter.

For summer field meetings we meet at the Field Venue as detailed in the Summer Field Trip Programme at the time advertised. The meetings involve a walk around a site looking at and recording the flora and fauna there. The species recorded are published in our newsletter, a copy of which goes to Warwickshire Museum. There the information contributes to the Warwickshire Biological Records Centre.

Every year we have an AGM (Annual General Meeting)
